Arm workouts on the Lat Pull Down Machine (I do as many as I physically can...burnout):
+wide arm width to chest & hold
+narrow arm width to chest & hold
+wide arm behind
Cardio on steps:
+one leg on block, opposite knee up
+right on block, left on block, step down (then switch after 20 to lead with left)
+right on block, right down, left on block, left down (then switch after 20 to lead with left)
+lie on back, move feet you're riding a bicycle (slowly to feel the burn)
+scissor kick on back
+shooting stars: bring knees to chest, raise legs to sky (keep them as straight as possible), slowly
bring legs down without touching the ground, repeat until you can't anymore
