1| cut cleaned squash into thin slices
2| bread squash with flour, salt, and pepper mixture
3| drop squash into heating oil to cook
4| pull the squash out when sides are turning brown, around 10 minuets
5| place squash on a plate covered with a paper towel to soak up excess oil
*fresh squash is key to making these even more scrumptious
*start heating the oil before anything else-- it takes the longest time
